Jia-Min is a mother of 5 in Woodland, CA. She has been playing piano since she was 7, and has completed the Advanced Level of the Music Teachers of California (MTCA) theory evaluation program. She is currently certifying to be a member of MTCA to further her musical education and skills. In addition to teaching, Jia-Min is a local accompanist for various local schools and private studios, plays for events that require solo piano music, and is a Music Director, Board Member and Accompanist for the Woodland Opera House. On a more personal note, in her "spare time,” Jia-Min enjoys trying new places to eat, sleeping, and traveling.
