Jia-Min is a mother of 5 in Woodland, CA. She has been playing piano since she was 7, and has completed the Advanced Level of the Music Teachers of California (MTCA) theory evaluation program. She is currently certifying to be a member of MTCA to further her musical education and skills.
Jia-Min has been teaching in the Main Street Music Center location since 2012, expanding 88 Keys Academy in 2020 by becoming a full music school that offers instructors for all instruments and Kindermusik for our youngest learners.
In addition to teaching, Jia-Min serves on the worship team at Limitless Church in Woodland and is a Music Director, Board Member and Accompanist for the Woodland Opera House.
On a more personal note, in her "spare time,” Jia-Min enjoys trying new places to eat, sleeping and traveling.
